Important Information
π Bank Holidays
Orders are not processed or shipped on bank holidays. Processing times may be extended during busy periods.
π Holiday Season
During November-December, processing times may take 3-5 business days. Order early for Christmas!

We can ship to PO Boxes within the UK. International PO Box deliveries may have restrictions.
π Safe Delivery
If you're not home, couriers will leave a card with collection/redelivery instructions.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, but only if your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Contact us immediately at hello@crochethand.com and we'll update it for you.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All our items come beautifully packaged and gift-ready! For special requests, please contact us.
What if my item is damaged during shipping?
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll resolve it immediately.
Can I track international orders?
Yes! All international orders include tracking. However, tracking updates may be limited once the package leaves the UK.
